Deck and Staircase Replacement
Oakwood Landscapes recently replaced a second‑story deck and staircase at a smaller apartment building after the old staircase became hazardous due to failing treads and deteriorating stringers. We designed and constructed the new staircase to meet updated building code, coordinating closely with the local municipality to secure all necessary permits and complete required inspections. The deck will remain open while the new lumber seasons and once it has properly cured we will return to apply sealant and stain for long‑term protection and appearance. In the meantime the new resident can already enjoy a peaceful outdoor space and, most importantly, a safe, code‑compliant staircase.
